This project is about the development and implementation of a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) fixed-wing unmanned transport aircraft for providing short- and medium-range cargo services in the cold northern regions of Canada. The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) will be specifically designed to operate in severe cold environments, with a temperature range of minus 40 degrees to 50 degrees Celsius. It will have a cargo capacity between 100kg and 500kg and a voyage range of 300-1000km. This innovative solution aims to address the logistical challenges faced by businesses operating in remote areas with limited infrastructure and extreme weather conditions.
Our team, Arctic Air Transport Solutions (AATS), aims to revolutionize cargo transportation in Canada's cold northern regions by developing a VTOL fixed-wing unmanned transport aircraft.

holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics). With over 25 years of experience in IT product marketing and sales at reputable companies-IBM and Cisco, Fu Xin brings a wealth of expertise to their current role at Intellibroad, an IT security solution and IT service provider.
completed a Master's degree in Automation from Duisburg-Essen University in Germany. They started their career as a Structural Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company in the Germany and later served as a Supervisory Board Member at Beijing General Aviation Co., Ltd. Li Zhen gained valuable project experience from their involvement in the AgustaWestland Helicopter Acquisition Project in Italy. Currently, Li Zhen works at Richenpower, specializing in UAV Hybrid Engine technology, with a focus on Project Operations and General Aviation Operations.
Liu Jiang is a engineer who holds a Ph.D. in Engine Engineering from Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics). With a primary research focus on Aircraft Engines and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Liu Jiang has accumulated extensive R&D experience in the field of aircraft engines. He has published 5 papers in the Engineering Index (EI) and hold 3 authorized invention patents. Liu Jiang currently works at Richenpower, contributing their expertise to the development of UAV Hybrid Engines.
holds a Master's degree in telecommunications engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and has amassed over 20 years of experience in Satellite data communication product solution and sales. He is currently employed at Immarsat, a company specializing in Satellite Communication product and service. Liu Yanjun's broad knowledge and experience in this field make them a valuable asset to the organization.
Our Investor, Max Wu holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering and an EMBA. He has held senior management positions at Lucent Technologies in the USA, ECI in Israel, and Nokia in China. With nearly 20 years of experience in the communications and IT industry, Max entered the field of blockchain and cryptocurrency in 2017. He possesses extensive knowledge and practical experience in blockchain technology and its applications and has been an early investor in this field. Max currently serves as the Secretary General of Canada Chaintime Blockchain Association and is a co-founder of Kcat Capital and Satoshi Capital.
